I couldn't accept the delivery due to some issues; how can I request a re-attempt?

Our delivery guy will call you when he is at your location to deliver the product; if you are not answering, he will contact us to inform the same, and we will contact you for the second time to make sure delivery is happening at the first attempt, if you still do not respond to our calls we will return the product at the vendor location
You will have to pay the re-attempt charges of INR 50 to collect the product again
